Meet Our Staff

Rick joined his father, Nelson, in the family business in 1983. Under Rick’s guidance, the agency grew as an exclusive Nationwide agency before transitioning to an independent agency in 2020. When not leading the agency Rick can be found helping clients prepare for their retirement and financial goals through his work as a Certified Financial Planner.

Aaron joined the agency in 2016 after beginning his career in Corporate America. As the agency’s Financial Specialist, Aaron is responsible for the agency’s financial services offerings including Life insurance, Disability insurance, Long-Term Care, and fixed annuities. Aaron enjoys educating clients on the various products available to protect their financial futures.

Jordan joined the agency full time in 2016 making her the 4th generation to serve our clients. She manages the Hallstead office and is licensed in PA and NY and can help with all your Auto, Home, Commercial, and Farm insurance needs.

Heather has been in the insurance industry since 2007 and joined our agency in 2012. She is licensed in PA and NY for Auto, Home, Commercial, and Farm insurance. Heather uses her experience and attention to detail to provide clients with the protection they need.

Heather has been with our agency since 2007 and is licensed in PA, NY, NJ, NC and SC for Auto, Home, Commercial, Farm and Life Insurance. Her vast knowledge of insurance mixed with her down-to-earth personality is a great combination to satisfy clients from the Lakewood office.

Bridget originally joined the agency as a Customer Service Representative and now serves as an Associate Agent in the Lakewood office. Bridget’s prior experience in the Restoration industry comes in handy at claim time.

Bridget joined the agency after beginning her career in banking. She is the smiling face and friendly voice that welcomes you when you stop by or call our Hallstead office.
